Would highly recommend. We worked with Anthony, Tommy and Zack. My 92yr old grandmother's furnace went out on a Saturday. Anthony provided initial diagnosis, walked us through all the options thoroughly, and even brought over heathers to help out until they furnace could get installed. The new furnace was installed on Monday, super fast! Quality work and would not hesitate to work with them again. Hope these guys get a little extra bonus for the holidays!

Chris, as always, came out and did a fine job. In all of the years that he has been taking care of my hvac needs, he has always performed way above average. I have never even had an average experience. It has always been way above average. He is not only knowledgable but also very easy to have around. I always request him as my first choice as a technician if he is available. I can't say enough good things about him.

I am delighted with the service I received. The guys from Drake came out and cleaned by ducts and furnace. They performed some repairs on the furnace. The air flow though my house now is amazing. Unit does not run as long since it is clean! If you have not had things cleaned in a while, I would suggest you do!

Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail after installation. It was a pleasure getting my install with this company and it’s lead Joshua.Drake was honest about expectations with delivery of service and product from the initial consultation/quote. They always communicated in a professional manner and tone. They exceeded my expectations for customers service. Tommy and Travis did an AMAZING job!!! They were super friendly, professional, and was able to explain everything in a simple and understandable fashion. They explained what they were expecting, what changed, and the different ways to install everything to get the most out of my new system. David exceeded expectations and delivered quality service throughout the visit. He systematically diagnosed an AC issue from house wiring to unit components. His expert opinion was valued when assessing the capacity of our unit for our property and referred us to another team member who could better address our issue at no additional cost. Overall, we were very pleased with the timely and high quality service!

The technician, Mike Smith, was professional, informative, willing to wear a mask and explained every thing he was going to do, his recommendations, and his completed work order and the membership we signed up for. He was a qualified, patient, kind and sociable young man. They wear well designed uniforms to identify the company and the technician. The uniforms show they have pride in their company, their trade, their country and themselves. I appreciated the email introducing my technician with a photo and a short bio. What a wonderful idea! We had repairs and needed freon. The cost was around my expectations. You get what you pay for! I highly recommend this technician and Drake Heating and Air. I called at 3:00 p.m. Monday and had an appointment and a repaired air conditioner the next day. What a relief. What a blessing!

They helped quickly and the tech knew alot as O had scared other techs off as I knew more than them as it was a electronic board issue in the unit and I am an electronic engineer but couldn't get the manufacture to give me the specs on the board but he figured it out after I told him all that I had done and had it running in 30 minutes when it had been down for 5 years. Will use from here on out.

No problems with installation. The property is my rental house. My problem is they sent a thank you gift to my tenant when I'm the one who paid for the service...and subsequent mail. They have my residence address and have apparently ignored it.

My air conditioning system needs about 3lbs of Freon. The company pricing for adding Freon is high and not willing to work with the customer.

We had a serious leak in the condensation drainage part of our system. Mike (I’m sorry, I don’t know his last name - I wish I did) came in and diagnosed the problem within minutes. It was not what we thought it was. He patiently explained the possible options to fix the problem and went over them again and again until we fully understood. We are satisfied that we made the right decision based on Mike’s recommendations. He is truly an asset to your company. Every one of your employees who have come out here have been great, but Mike is over and beyond!

When we first met with Steve Chrismer to discuss replacing our AC we spent more than an hour asking questions and learning about the process. Steve answered all our questions and led us to the best solution for our home. The installation team of Tommy and Aaron worked to make sure they protected our home and kept it clean during the process. They made sure they were wearing masks when we had face to face contact. Tommy discussed the process as they installed the units and pointed out any situation about which he had concerns. He taught us how to use the new NEST thermosat and set up the app for us. The system is much quieter inside and out. The air is cooler and drier than it has ever been in our 120 year old house. We look forward to seeing how it does in the winter months. We recommend Drake. The investment is worth it. You DO get what you pay for,

From what I gather, Keith is their commercial manager and I can't get him to answer my call or return my messages. Maybe they're swamped, I don't know. But don't let a multi system, multi building client like me just sit and wait and wonder why we're being ignored. Edit - this wasn't for a quote. Keith committed 4 weeks ago to do an alteration in 3 weeks, billed T&M, to a system you all installed. I called him this week twice to see when we were to be scheduled and nothing, in fact the 2nd call which prompted this review it rang twice and was sent to voicemail. That's called being ignored.
