He was skilled, professional, friendly and educational, explaining procedures that were unknown to me. I am very grateful that I had Casey as my tech. Besides the most entertaining Automated Attendant, Mr. Drake, the install team of Josh and Isaiah were amazing. They worked 9-10 hours almost nonstop, tested all the systems and left the house running very comfortably. Excellent company and team!

Called Drake on a Monday at 4:30pm, Audra, was so nice over the phone… a true southern bell! I expressed the urgency considering our HVAC unit stopped working while it is 100 degrees outside. She told me they could work me in & assured me that someone would be out the next day! Casey came out and was totally awesome! Super rad dude! He was efficient, quick, & helpful! Explained everything! Missy assisted me with financing options & answered her phone after hours to help me out! This company & their team are stellar! No complaints! We should be up & running again by next week! I’ll update on the install team! 🙂

I have used Drake for 3 installations. And used there 6 month check ups for close to 20 years. Their equipment is top of the line. Every time they have been very professional. Their service when needed is prompt and take care of your problem. The employee from the people on the phone to the repair and installation team are very polite and carrying for your needs and your property. If you are in need of heating and or cooling needs this is the company to use. I will always use them. More companies should treat customers like they do. You won’t be sorry for calling them.

Using Drake Heating and Air to install a new furnace and AC unit was a Great choice. We had heard all good things about their company and now we know why. The employees are very knowledgable, polite and respectful. We definitely are 100% happy with them and will continue to use them! Definitely rate them at a 10+.
